How the assessments connect
Level 1
RENPHO MorphoScan + sitting-rising test + biomechanical posture report. No bloods, DEXA or VO₂ max.
Elite A / Virtual B
Two initial assessment visits combined into baseline; reports at months 0, 6 and 12.
Programme C
Short three-month programme with baseline and end-of-programme measurements.
New client · same fact-find for everyone
The intake fields follow the AFT Fact-Find, Consent & Baseline document, version 1.9. Paid programme agreements remain separate and require an approved contract.
