Tracks changes in modifiable physiological measures across 12 key biomarkers, body composition, fitness, blood and vital signs.
Example: Male currently aged 42 with a data-modelled Bio Age of 52, giving a +10-year divergence. The measured point is therefore 10 years above chronological age. For illustration, the dotted line holds that +10-year divergence constant as chronological age increases; it is not a prediction.
Illustrative example. The horizontal scale is chronological age and the vertical scale is the difference between Bio Age and chronological age. At age 42, a Bio Age of 52 is +10 years, so the measured red point sits at +10. If that same divergence were simply carried forward linearly, it remains +10: at chronological age 60 the corresponding Bio Age would be 70. The dotted horizontal line illustrates only that constant difference. It is not a forecast that the individual's Bio Age will actually remain 10 years older, nor does it predict future health, lifespan or life expectancy.
