ELITE A · 12-MONTH PROGRAMME

Elite Age Reversal

Three progressive four-month phases. The principal programme objective is a 10-year reduction in calculated biological age over 12 months, assessed through the AFT biometric framework and supported by objective improvements across body composition, cardiovascular fitness, metabolic health, strength, mobility, recovery and lifestyle performance.

NutritionEstablish calorie and macronutrient targets; refine macro- and micronutrient intake; remove identified nutritional negatives; establish hydration and supplementation protocols.Recalibrate energy, macro- and micronutrient requirements against updated body composition, metabolic response, training demand and individual objectives.Maintain the proven nutritional architecture with precision refinements supporting final body-composition, recovery and performance objectives.
ExerciseEstablish individual resistance, cardiovascular, mobility and daily-movement prescriptions; address identified weaknesses and establish progressive training consistency.Advance resistance and cardiovascular programming against measured adaptation; increase intensity and specificity while targeting identified performance gaps.Progressively intensify the established programme, increasing strength, cardiovascular and performance demands within individual recovery capacity.
Sleep & RecoveryEstablish individual sleep, hydration and recovery protocols; introduce appropriate complementary therapies and structured recovery routines.Refine recovery architecture using measured response, adherence, preferences and updated biometric evidence; expand complementary interventions where appropriate.Maintain and optimise proven recovery protocols, selectively increasing complementary modalities where they support measurable performance or recovery objectives.

Phase 1 — Reset

Baseline biometric assessment identifies the principal opportunities for improvement and informs the initial nutrition, supplementation, exercise, sleep, recovery and lifestyle prescriptions. The objective is to establish high adherence, embed sustainable lifestyle and modality changes and produce the first 30% of the programme's targeted biological-age reduction.

Phase 2 — Optimise

With four months of longitudinal response data, biometric evidence, observed adherence and deeper knowledge of individual preferences and tolerances, interventions are recalibrated with substantially greater precision. The objective is to advance cumulative biological-age improvement from 30% to 70% of the 12-month target.

Phase 3 — Performance Improvement

Eight months of accumulated evidence are converted into highly focused execution. The emphasis shifts to consistency, progressive intensity, precision refinement and execution, with the objective of converting the 70% cumulative position at Month 8 into the full 100% programme target at Month 12.

Phase Graduation Reviews

Formal Graduation Reviews are conducted at Months 4, 8 and 12. Each review assesses progress against biometric and programme objectives, incorporates Dashboard performance, physical change, adherence and response to interventions, and establishes the priorities for the succeeding phase or long-term strategy.

Programme Investment & Payments

£24,000 total. Three contracted payments of £8,000 at Month 0, Month 4 and Month 8.
