12-Month Virtual
Programme B follows the same three-phase AFT methodology, without the Elite A 10-year guarantee or prescribed biological-age phase targets. Progress is assessed against the client's individual baseline, objectives, measured response and biometric outcomes.
Programme B begins with a one-month intensive face-to-face setup. Following completion of Month 1, all coaching and programme support is delivered virtually for the remainder of the 12-month programme.
| PHASE 1 — RESET | PHASE 2 — OPTIMISE | PHASE 3 — PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Assessment Point | Month 4 | Month 8 | Month 12 |
| Primary Objective | Establish the core lifestyle, nutritional, training and recovery architecture and generate significant early measurable improvement. | Consolidate Phase 1 changes and increase personalisation using measured response, emerging preferences and new biometric evidence. | Execute and progressively intensify the proven programme, applying accumulated evidence to maximise final biometric and performance outcomes. |
| Nutrition | Establish calorie and macronutrient targets; refine macro- and micronutrient intake; remove identified nutritional negatives; establish hydration and supplementation protocols. | Recalibrate nutrition against updated body composition, metabolic response, training demand and individual objectives. | Maintain the proven nutritional architecture with precision refinements supporting final body-composition, recovery and performance objectives. |
| Exercise | Establish individual resistance, cardiovascular, mobility and daily-movement prescriptions. | Advance programming against measured adaptation, increasing intensity and specificity while targeting identified performance gaps. | Progressively intensify the established programme within individual capacity and recovery requirements. |
| Sleep & Recovery | Establish individual sleep, hydration and recovery protocols and introduce appropriate complementary therapies. | Refine recovery architecture using measured response, adherence, preferences and updated biometric evidence. | Maintain and optimise proven recovery protocols and selectively increase complementary modalities where appropriate. |

Phase Graduation Reviews
Formal Graduation Reviews are conducted at Months 4, 8 and 12. Dashboard performance, biometric change, adherence and intervention response are assessed and used to establish the priorities for the succeeding phase or long-term strategy.
Programme Investment & Payments
