Salter are a well known measuring device company renowned for high quality and value, but in this case I have not used this device. This is a subscription service that I use to capture every gram of food and drink that I consume. It calculates calories and macros for me and has a built in bar code scanner which you can use to point at any food bar code and capture the macros by whatever amount or weight that you enter into the meal in question. It tracks your daily’s, weekly’s etc and it allows you to input body composition data such as you can get from the Healthkeep smart scale and Fit Days smartphone App for tracking your body composition stats.
